WuXi STA offers a variety of preparative chromatographic services to accelerate the purification process of your APIs, high potency APIs, chiral compounds and intermediates, including High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC) and Simulated Moving Bed (SMB). Our teams are experienced in handling preparative chromatographic method scale-up, method optimization, process validation, pilot and commercial manufacturing.

Our cutting-edge facilities in Changzhou, Shanghai Jinshan and Taixing, China provides a wide range of purification capacity from gram scale to metric ton scale to support your projects at any stage.

• Prep-HPLC: 15 sets with various Dynamic Axial Compression (DAC) columns with sizes from 8 cm to 80 cm to handle all kinds of synthetic molecules, including highly potent compounds
• SFC: 3 sets with various columns from 10 cm to 15 cm
• SMB: 1 set with various columns from 5 cm to 8 cm

In 2023, we supported 90+ compounds’ separation or purification by prep-HPLC & SFC & SMB, including 2 PPQ and 1 commercial stage API.
