The site offers pre-formulation, formulation development & manufacturing from preclinical to commercial manufacturing. It features 11 plants, including high potency drug products in both oral and injectable formulations.
The formulation R&D teams, comprised of several hundreds of formulation and analytical scientists, work in parallel to accelerate your programs.
It supports various of dosage forms for both oral solid and parenteral formulations. Our oral formulation facilities support tablets, capsules, powder, liquid capsules, granules, liquid in bottle. Our injectable formulation manufacturing lines feature a fully enclosed isolator supporting various dosage forms, including solutions, emulsions, suspensions, and lyophilized powders with different filling formats, including vials, pre-filled syringes, and cartridges.
We also offer lipid nanoparticle formulation development and manufacturing at this location.
Our Wuxi City site has successfully passed numerous inspections by the US FDA, EMA, China NMPA, and Brazil Anvisa.
