Your drug is poorly soluble in aqueous media resulting in poor bioavailability and may not be applicable to amorphous solid dispersion. Nano Suspension is another formulation approach to increase the dissolution rate in order to improve PK exposure. WuXi STA’s formulation teams have extensive experience in screening nano-formulation for PK, toxicology and clinical studies. The team also has experience in milling and drying of nano-formulation.
