Spray dried dispersion (SDD) is a commonly used technology to increase the bioavailability of poorly water-soluble compounds. Our integrated API and drug product spray drying service with highly-experienced cross-functional teams can accelerate development with in-parallel activities, delivering a fast and cost-effective approach to develop your molecule from preclinical to commercial.
Our state-of-the-art equipment and facilities enable seamless spray drying development and manufacturing from lab scale (50 mg – 1 kg) through to clinical and commercial production stage (1-100+ kg). We use four types of spray dryers (PSD-1, SD-2, PSD-3, and PSD-4) to process compounds.
With high demand from clients globally, we are continuously expanding our capacity.
Our SDD drug product platform supports various dosage forms including tablets, capsules, powder, and granules.
